The conference will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Two adjacent buildings will be utilized throughout the conference program:

Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre – The Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre is sold out for the conference.
A second hotel block has been put on hold at the Cambridge Suites Hotel, 15 Richmond Street East, Toronto (2 blocks away from the Pantages Hotel and Li Ka Shing) at a rate of $219 CDN for single or double occupancy (plus taxes). Airport – Toronto
Toronto Pearson International Airport
Lester B. Pearson International Airport (LBPIA) is located 27 km (16 miles) northwest of downtown Toronto. There are many ways to travel from Pearson Airport to Downtown Toronto – by car, public transit, inter-city buses or taxis and limousines.
Various options are:

- Airport Express (Bus)
The Airport Express operates between the Airport and Downtown hotels on an almost 24-hour basis, seven days a week, and departs every 30 minutes. Reservations are not required.
